About Our Practice

Dr. Timothy Pliske was born and raised in Northwest, Indiana. After graduating from Andrean High School in 1985, he completed his undergraduate degree at Wabash College. Dr. Pliske graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry with High Honors in 1993. Post graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was completed in 1997 at the University of Tennessee, Memphis.

Dr. Pliske is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and maintains his Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, South Central Dental Association, and Bloomington Dental Society.

Dr. Pliske and his wife, Sara, have three children Megan, Nathan, and Ben.

Dr. David Howell was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from North Central High School. After completing his undergraduate degree in Biology at Indiana University, Dr. Howell graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry with Honors in 1981. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, an honorary dental fraternity reserved for those graduating in the top 10% of their class. Post graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was done at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1984 and started practice in Bloomington the same year.

Dr. Howell and his wife, Cathy, have three children Pamela, Patrick, and Rebecca.
