Insurance & Payment

South Central Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, LLC
participates with the following insurance companies:

Delta Dental Premier
Cook
Health Resources
Hoosier Healthwise/Medicaid

Although we are a participating provider for the companies listed above, we can file with most any insurance company. We do ask that deductibles and any estimated co-payments be made the day of service.

For those without insurance, we offer a 5% discount for procedures totalling $500 or more if payment is received in full the day of service with cash or check. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  However, discounts are not given if services are paid for with a credit or debit card.  We also do not give discounts on implant related services.

A third party finance company is available for those who wish to utilize it.
